STEVE HAS A LONG EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL AND BANKING SECTORS AND HAS SPENT A BIG PART OF HIS CAREER WORKING FOR THE BNP PARIBAS GROUP IN GREECE HOLDING VARIOUS POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY WITHIN THE CORPORATE BANKING DIVISION. HE JOINED PIRAEUS BANK IN GREECE IN 2007 AS AN AREA MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR LARGE CORPORATE BANKING CLIENTS IN THE UNITED STATES, EGYPT, BULGARIA AND SERBIA. HE LATER BECAME THE HEAD OF THE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE BANKING DIVISION OF THE PIRAEUS BANK GROUP.

 

IN 2010, HE JOINED PIRAEUS BANK BELGRADE AS AN EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER. AS DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER OF THE BANK, HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORPORATE BANKING AND SME DIVISION, THE TREASURY DIVISION, THE RECOVERY BANKING DIVISION AND ALSO SUPERVISED THE RISK MANAGEMENT DIVISION. HE WAS A MEMBER OF ALL OF THE MAJOR COMMITTEES OF THE BANK AND A MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF PIRAEUS LEASING AND PIRAEUS RENT IN SERBIA.

STEVE IS COMPLEMENTED BY AN EXPERIENCED TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS HAVING SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE IN SME / CORPORATE BANKING, INVESTMENT BANKING, CORPORATE RESTRUCTURINGS, NON-PERFORMING LOANS, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE, AUDIT, RISK MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS/EQUITY VALUATIONS, CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
